Thank you for shopping at Matilda's Bazaar!

We do not offer refunds

Eligibility for and changes

  • Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • The item must be in its original packaging.
  • To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Only regularly priced items can be exchanged

Changes (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged from the factory , with the exception of hoops, earrings, and ear cuffs . If you need to exchange it for the same item, please email us at elbazardematilda.est2014@gmail.com and we will send you the shipping information.

Shipment

  • You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return your item.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Depending on where you live, the time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
  • Please note that we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
